Breakfast Chef: Cooking Games ("the App", "we", "our") does NOT collect, harvest, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from any user, child or adult.
Specifically, we never collect:

- Device & network identifiers: Hardware MAC addresses, IMEI numbers, Android Advertising IDs (AAID), or IP addresses.
- Sensor & multimedia data: Camera photos, microphone audio recordings, or biometric inputs.
- Location information: No GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular network location data.
- Financial data: No credit card details, bank information, or billing data. All in-game economy items use virtual Chef Coins earned through cooking gameplay.
2. Local Device Storage & Game Progress
All game information — such as unlocked breakfast stations (Pancakes, Waffles, Sandwiches, Juice Bar,
Bakery, Breakfast Club), earned Chef Coins, 3-star level ratings, completed achievements, sound preferences,
and language settings — is stored locally on your Android device using HTML5
localStorage.
You may reset your progress at any time directly through the in-game Settings menu, or by clearing the app's storage in Android Settings (Settings > Apps > Breakfast Chef > Storage > Clear Data).
3. Device Permissions
The App requests only one standard, normal-level Android permission:

android.permission.VIBRATE: Used exclusively to provide subtle tactile haptic feedback during cooking actions (such as flipping a pancake, pressing toaster levers, or receiving level celebration stars). This is a normal permission granted automatically at install time and does not access any user or device data.
The App does NOT request runtime permissions such as Camera, Microphone, Read/Write External Storage, Contacts, Phone State, or Fine/Coarse Location.
4. Children’s Privacy & Google Play Families Policy
Because Breakfast Chef: Cooking Games is intended for players of all ages, including children under 13, we comply strictly with:
- The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- The Google Play Families Policy
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All gameplay visuals, audio chimes, animations, and culinary themes are safe, positive, non-violent, and age-appropriate.
Parental Gate Protection: In accordance with Google Play Families Policy requirements, any action that leads outside the application (such as emailing support or viewing our external website) is protected by a neutral Parental Gate requiring an adult to solve a math challenge before proceeding.

We do not integrate any third-party behavioral tracking SDKs, marketing analytics SDKs, or user profiling tools. You and your family can enjoy cooking without interruptions, pop-ups, or commercial pressure.
6. Data Security & Network Traffic
The App operates fully offline. For external resources (such as opening this Privacy Policy webpage), the Android application configuration enforces strict network security standards:
